SHIPPING & RETURN POLICY
We are pleased to offer you an amazing customer shopping experience! If you need help with a return, please read our terms thoroughly, below.
Items must be sent back to Evidence Over Belief within 5 business days of having received your package. Eligible items will ONLY be accepted for store credit.
THERE ARE NO CASH REFUNDS, ONLY STORE CREDIT OR EXCHANGES!
The returned items must be unworn and unwashed (free of any stains from makeup, deodorant, or wear). If you are returning an item send email to email@example.com. Please be sure to include the following:
RETURN REQUEST in your email subject line
Your full name
Reason for Return
If you fail to initiate your return AFTER 5 business days have passed, you WILL NOT be able to return it. If you have received an incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your package.
We are constantly bringing in new merchandise, but in limited quantities. If you send back the item you want to exchange, there is no guarantee we will have what you want at that time. However, for an exchange, simply return your package by following the normal return procedure. We will issue you a store credit once we've received your return. That way, you may use the credit towards the correct item/size or for another item. Store credits will expire in 30 days.
When returned packages arrive at our facilities, it usually takes us anywhere from 5-10 business days to process your store credit.
Please note that all original shipping fees are non-refundable and the customer is responsible for any and all return shipping costs.
A restocking fee will be applied on orders that are refused by the customer at the time of delivery or returned due to an "un-deliverable" address. The customer will also cover any redelivery costs.
